Jim and Brooke are multi-faceted agents with experience in the buying and selling processes of single family homes, investment properties, commercial, agricultural and vacant land.  Jim has been a licensed Realtor since 2011 and has the ability to work with clients in Iowa and Wisconsin.  Brooke has had her license since 2015 and covers both Iowa and Illinois.  They have grown a book of business by serving their clients with the utmost professionalism which has shown through return business and referrals.  They also enjoy working with new clients and folks who are moving from out of the area.  Both have lived in Dubuque for over 10 years and have the ability to assist with resources to make clients transitions easier.  They believe in hard work, open communication and transparency as the pillars to make this happen as full time Realtors.

Jim and Brooke own a beautiful home on the river outside of Dubuque.  They have a blended family with five children, a dog and cat.  In their free time, they enjoy spending time outdoors; hiking, running, and doing all they can on the water. They view these experiences as detrimental to raising children who appreciate the outdoors. They both value supporting local businesses, restaurants and attending Dubuque Farmer’s Market, as cooking and grilling is a passion for both. Brooke enjoys spending some of her free time volunteering at the Dubuque Regional Humane Society, as a way to help the community.   Jim is a co-founder of the annual charity kickball tournament for sponsored by Ruhl & Ruhl.  Jim enjoys facilitating and organizing office events because he believes in comradery and positive work environment.
